Formal Assessment

A formal assessment uses standardized assessments that can provide a comparison to peers. A report detailing findings and recommendations is included. The formal assessment report can be used as part of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary assessment for the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
